Run cadence no longer recording

Recently got a 245 and for the first few runs, it was showing run cadence (not using the accessory yet). Suddenly this has stopped working and now any runs I do no longer display run cadence afterwards. I haven't changed any settings.

Can anyone help?

I have found the same problem for a month or 2. It is fixed for me by powering off the watch after each charge and restarting. I do this by holding down the light (top left) button until the watch turns…

I have found the same problem for a month or 2. It is fixed for me by powering off the watch after each charge and restarting. I do this by holding down the light (top left) button until the watch turns off and then pressing again to power on. Hope this helps. It is seemingly a bug introduced recently.

This works but it is annoying to have to do this all the time.
