This is my first Garmin watch and it's been pretty poor so far.
I've had it for about about 6-8 weeks
When I first got it, it could get a satellite almost immediately.
I went on holiday for a couple of weeks and when I got back, no gps signal.
I read that can happen, if the watch is not used for a few weeks.
I've done 25 miles in the last week and it's permanently stuck on the red GPS signal.
I've tried...
I did a factory reset.
I plugged into a Mac and removed the Remote SW Folder.
I tried chaging the GPS settings to use either the European and Russian satellites.
I left it in my garden for hours before I went running.
Unfortunately, nothing works.
A friend of mine bought the same Garmin watch and he has similar issues, even though he's been mamaging to get a signal lately.
How do I go about returning the watch and getting a refund?
