Not logging distance/pace on treadmill F245

I have recently upgraded from a F235 to an F245.

I've started treadmill running. I did the initial benchmark run and it logged pace, distance etc as well as heartbeat. all good.

Today I just started a treadmill activity. It logged time, heartbeat etc but no distance/pace.

I manually entered the distance on the edit form and it just gave me flat speed across the time.

Anyone had this before and know how to fix it?

I'll join with you - exact same issue. I've even recorded 3 outdoor runs to calibrate the 245 to me. My first couple of treadmill runs recorded everything but today this recorded 0 distance. I hope someone has a fix for this issue

All I had to do in the end was turn the watch off and in again. Has worked perfectly ever since!

Thank you, I’ll try that. Hopefully the fix is this simple
