Garmin suggested workout/run

Noticed in the last few weeks that Garmin is suggesting that I rest more.  Like every other day.  This week it has suggested it every day.  

But my sleep is good, resting HR is good and my body battery is 100 every morning.  What gives?  I know it's just a suggestion, but what is Garmin picking up that I am missing?  

  • Hard to say without looking at the data, but my guess would be you are spending too much time in high heart rate zones. If you don't feel excessively fatigued, then perhaps your heart rate zones are set too low.
