I'm halfway (week 10 of 17) through the Garmin Coach 10K training plan and so far I haven't had the slightest issue with it. Yesterday I decided to change which dates of the week I'm available for workouts and then newly-scheduled workout have decreased the load to the same levels as one month ago.
Practical example: my Steady State Runs had gradually increased up to 11.3K but the one that was scheduled after the changes states that I should run only 8K, which is approximately the same training load as one month ago. The same goes for my next Supersets and Tempo Run.
Has anybody encountered a similar issue? Is there any way to recover from this?
