My partner tries to send me livetracker link for his runs but although I see a map, I can’t track his run. I get a ‘no signal. Trying to reconnect’ message. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Do you take your phone with you when you run? The watch needs a phone nearby as it doesn't contain any LTE technology. In order to use live track and NOT need a phone, then you need to purchase the 945 LTE.
Thank you. He usually doesn’t run with his phone…but did earlier and I still didn’t see anything on the map. I can tell when he’s started or completed the session but not a live track of where he is!
