No training status, no cadence, no performance condition

I see multiple threads about this issues, but not sure if anyone experienced combination of these issues?

First, performance condition stopped showing up, then, few days ago, training status and cadence show no data.

In addition, V02max looks stuck, as it didn't change in 2 months.

I have the latest update, but it seems that all these issues are caused by it.

Did anyone get any response from Garmin? I see they are not responding here on forum, but did anyone try to contact them via chat/phone/email?

    Having exactly the same set of issues on my wife's 245.  My fenix 5x works fine.   Is this an issue specific to the 245?

    Also can't get the 245 to register any laps in the pool.  Swam 30 min.  It reports the time correctly,  but 0.0 laps and 0.0 meters.  My fenix 5x in the lane next to my wife,  I get all the data.   What gives?  The other strange thing is that the 245 reports a heart rate while in the pool.   That's not even supposed to work.

    Hi Mike,

    for me this problem was gone in the same way it appeared - seemingly out of nowhere. It just started working again after two - three weeks.

    Back then I contacted Garmin support, but first time they were not very helpful. They just sent me links to some useless articles, so it was hard to believe that they read my email. Then they requested logs, and after I did, after some time of silence, they asked again for the same thing. In that moment, I just gave up on Garmin support.

    Luckily, since then, everything works fine.

    Okay,  I read one comment recommending powering off and on after each recharge of the fr245.   We did that last night and all missing stats returned for the 3 mile run completed just now!  If it works I'll take it.   

    Running latest non-beta firmware.   Eagerly awaiting production release of latest Beta.
