How to enable vibration on move alerts

I enabled Move Alerts and Alert Vibration for my FR245 in Garmin Connect.

However I only see the move bar and the Move! "alert" on the screen of the watch, it doesn't vibrate.

Any idea how to fix it? Does it matter which watch face I have?
