I am interested in the training status/load/effect features but from what I understand you need to record a run/cycle activity at least 1ce a week, which isnt going to happen.
I understand you could walk (or possibly the elliptical) and use the "run" activity to record it, but HR would have to be at 70%max+ for it to record. Also not sure how much it would be skewed, although my garmin vivosmart and fitbit inspire both calculate VO2 max off those activities (and have given me the same range) without issue.
