I bought my Forerunner 245 music in January and have been happily listening to music while using it.
A couple of weeks ago, music refused to play and then my content seemed to disappear altogether. When trying to redownload music from Spotify, the status of the sync remains at 0% and then says 'sync failed' repeatedly. These are the solutions I have attempted so far:
1. Syncing next to a wifi router while turning off all other devices connected to the router
2. logging out of spotify, and logging back in to no avail
3. Deleting spotify from my Garmin connect app, then redownloading
4. restarting the watch and trying the above
I am at a bit of a loss and can't seem to find a solution online, nor can I find a way to claim that the device is faulty/claim the warranty.
Does anyone have any ideas?
