How do other activities like badminton or cycling affect the Daily Suggested Workout?

I've recently got a FR245 and wondering how other activities I do in the week will affect the Daily Suggested Workout?

I play competitive badminton once a week and it's a tough hour and a half. It's probably closest to an intervals running session, as you get breaks between points, but then its an intense burst for a minute. I also mix in some cycling that might be zone 3 for an hour or 2.

Today it suggested a 52 mins base run at 140 bpm HR, and I did as I was told!

Lets say the next workout it was going to suggest was a 25 min interval session, but instead I had badminton that day, would it be more likely to suggest a base run the next day or even a rest?

I'll probably end up getting most of my tough anaerobic session off badminton

My Zone 3 sessions off cycling.

And my Zone 1 and 2 off running - which is probably what I need to be doing more of, but each week can be random

Will it mainly suggest base runs as I'm recording other activities to hit the other areas or am I just getting to mess up the system?

Is it only recorded activities that affect suggested workout and straining effect / Load ?
