Body Battery stopped after update 7.20

Good Morning.

After update 7.20 the Body Battery stopped monitoring.
Someone with the same problem?
Any solution?

Thanks.

Fred

  • Same here body battery is flat . No charging though the stress level is working okay

I connected with Garmin support in India and they said that in order for Garmin watch to show body battery you need to sleep with your watch on. Morning when you wake up you will see your sleep analysis and your body battery will be showing the right number . I tried and they are right - Garmin also says that the earlier method of measuring body battery was not right . So body battery will only get measure during night sleep along with your sleep analysis and scope . Also, sleep analysis after new update is very good

  • Similar problem. BB does not show up in GC My Day page; if I access current date via BB history, "no data recorded" message is there. Intermittent pattern for a couple of weeks. One day, no pace during run.  Off/on on watch/phone, synching via Garmin Express seems to work, but a pain to do. And BB has done another skip this morning.

  • This still seems to be a problem for me. After I charge the watch, the battery battery and stress stop functioning until I power cycle the watch.

  • I wear my watch every night. This does not fix the issue of the body battery and stress levels ceasing after charging until the watch is power cycled.

  • I have the same problem. I've already accepted the fact that Garmin will not fix this problem. They just dont care.

  • I upgraded FR245 to FR745 and BB works there the same. If you don't sleep with your watch, you have no change in your BB number. So the comment here from Manish looks logical. So we have two options - watch our watches and check there numbers or live freely and play sports :-)
