Software stuck on 5.70

Anyone have any ideas to update? I've tried manually with the latest beta this doesn't work when you disconnect the watch.

So the watch is stuck on 5.70 - also tried factory reset.

Yours must be an APAC version. The latest firmware for the APAC version is sadly 5.70 - which is 5.50 + Pulse Ox enabled in Japan

i got it via amazon last year must have been from third party seller, this is rubbish :(
