2 years after

Hello,

My 245 just turn 2 year a week ago and today the serial number plate came off, I didn't even think it was just glooded...

Poor build quality since the button stuck from day one.

And in my opinion, the serial number couldn't be a plate glued on the watch, it has to be marked on the chassis of the watch or something like that. It has to remain with the watch always

  • So hang on, you're saying that after TWO years the little glued on sticker with your serial number has come off and you're blaming poor build quality!?!?!?!?!  You don't think two years of use with sweat from your wrist, wearing it in the shower or swimming had anything to do with it???  Is the watch still working? has the screen come off?? No?? then don't blame the build quality blame the aftercare by yourself.

  • Calm down hulk you missed the point but at least the serial number is also in the watch software

  • The point being that the little plate wore off when the serial number s clear as day on Garmin Connect web or Garmin Express or like you say in the settings of the watch?  People just seem to want to moan all the time lately and not realise there is something known as 'wear and tear'

  • is FR245 worse in bulild quality than FR945? I wore FR495 24/7 from day one, running, ultra running, hiking. mountain biking, all day biking and beside few scratches it looks very good. s/n still as new. Of course buttons are sticky :) i change few screen protectors in that time.
