Steps on my Forerunner 245 track/register in the Garmin Connect app first and not on the watch. It takes 5-10 minutes or so for the watch steps show the steps that track on the app. I have always seen the steps register on the watch first and then sync to the app on your phone. Do it have a defective watch, or can someone help me with a fix?
