forerunner 245 crashes when wanting more details in my day overview

My garmin forerunner 245 reboots/crashes automatically when I do the following:

1. I am on my watch face and press the down button until I reach my day overview

2. I push on start/stop to see more details

3. When pushing down twice my Garmin watch just reboots out of nowhere.

This has occured in software 7.10

I have the very same problem with my Beta 6.85 software and i provided detailed feedback and screenshots to Garmin (on April 30th). So sorry to hear that they havent fixed it! I still dont have the 7.10 to validate it myself, but i was really hoping this will be fixed.

Edit: I have the 245 non-music

Just tried to replicate this on my 245 Music - bug does not appear. Possibly a bug only appearing on the 245 (non music)?

I reported a similar problem to Garmin with the 6.85 beta and hoped they would fix it… (mine was pressing up button twice from the main screen which always led to a crash).

i have not the problem with the Beta 6.85 software. I have also the 245 non-music, the language is german

Mine is set to Dutch language. I am from Belgium.

FR245 non music, language German, crashes as described above…

(Not a single Connect IQ thing is installed, I might add.)

My 245 (non music) started doing the same thing this morning.

yesterday I got a message that the storage was full (i.e. the number of recorded activities) so I wondered if the two things were connected.

so I'll be trying this later : support.garmin.com/.../

I'm on software version 7.10. I have no Connect IQ faces/apps installed

Well I followed the instructions in the link, and it made no difference.

so I assume it's a bug in software v7.10
