Moving time and elapsed time difference on beta version

On my latest time trial i noticed a difference in the elapsed vs moving time on the activity.
I did not pause the activity at any time which would cause this, neither is auto pause enabled.

Elapsed time: 26:01

Moving time: 25:53

this is a 8 sec difference which seems to have affected my pr as well. Starting to question the data on this run altogether

This is quite normal, maybe you just started after you pressed the pressed the start button. The watch does detect if you are not moving and so the moving time will be lower. Be aware that GPS accuracy…

This is quite normal, maybe you just started after you pressed the pressed the start button. The watch does detect if you are not moving and so the moving time will be lower. Be aware that GPS accuracy is not 100%, so in some intervals it might not have detected any movement.
