Open water swimming mode in next update please!

Polar vantage m(same or lower price) has open water. Same for coros pace, lower price but has open water.

I think this watch need this mode to complete it.

This is an artificial limitation because Garmin wants to sell higher-end watches to Triathletes / open water swimmers. There are many other examples where a specific device is able to handle a feature but it‘s not part of the software.

While this is sad from a customer perspective, it makes unfortunately sense business-wise. It is unlikely that this policy is gonna change.
