PacePro Compare Pace Strategy lap distances differ

I have used PacePro strategies on my Forerunner 245 in two different races, one in rural/suburban and other in medium city (no skyscrapers). I am wondering why the lap distance that shows up from the run activity "Compare Pace Strategy" sometimes is off a bit from the auto 1.0 mile laps set on my watch and in the PacePro strategy for a particular course. i have used courses uploaded from imported GPX files, and the PacePro plan as listed on my workouts shows paces for each 1 mile lap (and the final 0.1 or 0.2 for half marathon/marathon).

I have taken screenshots to show what I mean: The first shows the PacePro plan created for miles 1-15 of my recent marathon. The second shows what the Garmin Connect lap history of that run activity shows for miles 1-15. The third shows what I get when I click on "Compare Pace Strategy," which shows average pace per lap compared with goal pace per that lap. But the lap distances in "Compare Pace Strategy" are sometimes off: 1.01, 1.27, .98, etc., instead of 1.0. WHY IS THAT? This has occurred in both races I've used PacePro. So I'm also wondering if the real-time PacePro information I'm getting during the race is also off.
