Forerunner 245 software version 5.70. How do i update to the latest firmware version? I have auto update selected on the watch

The easiest way to do this is to connect your watch to a pc/mac and sync using garmin express. it should show you the available updates. your watch seems like its missed a few updates as well so i would use express for the sake of speed
