Hi, I was given this watch a week ago and up until yesterday, it was working perfectly. I now am getting no sense from it at all. No heart rate, no steps, no stress levels etc. The green lights on the watch are not on. I've turned both the watch and my phone off and back on several times. I've checked all the settings and I just can't see what to do apart from return it to the store where it came from. Can someone help me, please?
