Did you try cleaning the contacts, changing the charger, using a different cable, restarting the watch, or contacting the customer support? That's about all we can advise you here on the user forum.
Hello, when you are plugging the watch in to charge it, are you using a wall outlet or a computer? If a wall outlet, try going to a computer.
