Garmin 245 stuck on 4.40 firmware

I use Garmin Connect on my phone to sync my workouts of garmin 245. A few months ago I got an automatic update to the 4.40 but since that day I didn't get any new update. I have seen the latest version is 6.20, how can I make my Garmin updated ?

I don't think so, I am in France and I bought the watch at the specialized sport shop (I didn't buy it on amazon).
I have double checked the "software update" setting and it is auto update ON. And I remember it has updated the previous version until 4.40 :-(

You could always download the firmware from here and update it manually.

which doesn't have anything to download either

If you are happy with the heart rate values you get from the watch them I would strongly advise not updating the firmware as the heart rate values became incredible approx last October.

So far so good but I expected that the updates should fix some bugs.

My goal is to be sure my Garmin will sync properly all the time.

And if there is an auto-update feature it should update by itself but it doesn't work anymore.
