MAJOR Bluetooth Issues

Any thoughts? I keep having to remove my watch from the garmin connect app, then manually go in and re-add it. The watch is connecting with the phone, but it won't connect in the app. Once I get it connected to the app, it will stay connected for about 5 minutes, then the bluetooth stops working....Someone help!! 

  • Hello Jacob,I have a few questions to try and assist you with this. If you go to menu, system, about what is the software version of your watch? If you go into the Garmin Connect app, then go to the menu, go to settings, what is the build version that you are running? Are you using an iPhone or Android phone? How long has this been occurring? How close to your phone are you when this is happening? Have you attempted holding the top left button down for about 20 seconds?
