Connect Synchronisation

Hi,

It is getting sort of annoying. I had to reset my watch again and synchronise to the GC again; This is the 6th time in this year and the Q1 is not finished yet.

Is there any practicable way to save at least the customisation settings to laptop ? I think the Express is also not capable to synchronise the training, right ?

  • Hello Zsolt, why are you needing to reset your watch? That would be the bigger cause for concern, I would be happy to try and help figure out what the cause is.

    I do agree; every time I have an issue I get from Garmi Support an instruction, which ends up with a reset...

    In this particular case I did not even opened the support case, since it would be just the same, gather some data, then send it to Garmin and, if nothing helps, reset; then it should work.

    So I tried to save some time.

    Anyhow; there was an issue with the Garmin Connect Server; it was not "really" accesisble. Once I managed to bring up the Watch again, I could synchronise it with Garin Epress and the Trainings from TP were loaded to the Watch.

    Btw, what is the "standard procedure" when the trainings are not loaded to the watch but are visible in Garmin Connect / Web or Mobile ?
