Garmin Coach unsure about running speed

Hi, started running with garmin coach for a half marathon plan, but im very confused about what speed it wants me to run at.

im used to heart rate zone training where my long slow runs are below 145

my somewhat faster runs up to max of 164 and my intervals to a max of 184 (usually i stick around 175ish)

but now (translating from dutch here) its telling me to run at a "nice or light pace" and im clueless on what it wants me to do.

  • Doesn’t the watch literally define the pace ranges for you?

  • it doesnt seem to set a pace for me other then a nice pace or saying things like a light jog or brisk walk etc.

    it does specify time, and amount of splits, and with those keywords what those splits should be.

    warm up - brisk walk / light jog

    running - nice pace

    cool down - Brisk walk / light jog.

    as an example. it made me do a benchmark as to which i assumed would set my pace.
