Hey.
I'm using my Forerunner to do a 5k training. I run using the watch paired with an HRM-Run.
I thought that setting my HR zones based on % HRR was the easiest way because i could se what my average HR was when sleeping (I sleep with watch).
Running and training I can see my VO2 max improving and my average resting HR lowering.
So I go to my last 4weeks average of HR measurements, check the Resting average and change it in my user settings in HR Zones, manually.
Shouldn't the Garmin change that automatically? Or I'm making a mistake changing it manually?
Or this is a wrong way of doing/thinking it?
