Has anyone switched to GPS + Galileo?

I've used GPS + GLONASS since I've gotten the watch, but I'm now thinking about switching to GPS + Galileo. Galileo is listed as (eventually?) having better accuracy than GLONASS, so it makes sense to me to switch over if this is actually the case. Has anyone made the switch yet, and what are your results?

Not really an easy answer. There is not a single setup that will get you the best accuracy in all locations. Here is some sleepy time reading:

Living in SEE and using the GPS+Galileo on my FR245 non-music for almost 2 years, no issues except those that everyone encountered (shifted GPS track on a few occasions).

I've been using GPS + Glonass since I've got my FR245M (a year ago) and the accuracy is really good (like actually really good).
