Depending on what you are doing, has a lot to do with this answer. One of the reasons none of our devices currently have a HIIT profile is because HIIT just stands for High Intensity Interval Training. You can do a HIIt workout by doing 400 M sprints, (run profile) 30 second max effort cycling sprints (bike profile) Max effort 50 yard/meter sprints in the pool. All of these are examples of HIIT workouts. What is commonly thought of as HIIT is better stated as cross fit, or circuit training. There are two profiles you could realistically use to record these types of activities each with their own pros and cons.
