My Garmin FR245 recorded walking distance is extremely inaccurate. It always records as twice the distance it should have calculated. I contacted the chat support 5 days ago, and they said they were aware of the bug and that they were working on it. Also told me the problem would be automatically fixed within the following 24-48 hours, which obviously hasn't happened. I feel really frustrated and disappointed by Garmin. I don't understand why they offer so many sophisticated features in their smartwatches if the GPS doesn't work properly in the first place. I bought my FR245 2 weeks ago, and has never run correctly on walk mode. Can anyone help? I'm also thinking of returning the unit and try another brand...
