The watch reflects the playlists in your Spotify account. Depending on how you are using Spotify, if you edit the playlist in Spotify, just update the playlist and it'll reflect the changes you made in the app.
Go to the music player by holding the down button
Press the middle left button
Select Library
Scroll to Update Playlist and press the top right button
