Connectivity issues with Garmin Forerunner 245 Music and Sony WF-XB700 earphones (music cuts off and is intermittent)

The earphones sync fine and play music when fine when not running, but when you start an activity the music cuts off completely and eventually comes back on but is very intermittent - which is very frustrating.

I bought these earphones to go with this watch, and the earphones work perfectly with my phone and laptop so this is an issue with the Garmin watch.

Please can a software update be made to address this issue.

3 Reset Default settings.

reset to default and mine is working again as it should. I had to reconnect it and re add music and apps but wasn’t too time consuming. It’s worth it to have an operating watch again that I can hear music on.

i posed here about a month ago. Read some solutions and tried most. The one that worked is wearing my watch on my right hand. I wear Jabra Active Elite 76t. No issues after a few runs.

I just did a full reset. Including deleting all data and music. It did not solve my issues with the WF1000 MX3.

Mismo problema, desde que sacaron la actualización en enero febrero 2022, tengo el mismo problema, ya tiene constancia garmin usa y garmin europe desde febrero y no dan ninguna solucion.

I also had this problem. Would cut out once activity was selected then come back after a few minutes. However since the latest update on my 945 the music no longer comes back and the headphones time out and switch off.

Looks like the only solution is new headphones
