brightness option - but doesn't appear on 245 I

just bought my watch and bought this one specifically as it said I could increase the brightness. I have vision issues and can barely read watch unless I brighten - upon setting up, there isn't this feature on this watch!!??

please help!

Any joy with the brightness issue? Just bought one and it’s ridiculous to not have that option.

It’s a known issue. They say, it’s a mistake in the description. So unfortunately there is no option to change the brightness. :/

And even if there was the option, the now fixed brightness is likely the max brightness anyways which doesn’t solve OPs problem

Yes, this is so dissapointing. The watch is not bright enough!

It's not bright enough, not at all. Ridiculous. I would happily sacrifice juice for easier to see display. I really thought I was hitting a home run with this watch after using Fitbit and being disappointed, All it took was this mistake to ruin the dream.

I'd love to be able to turn the brightness down as it's blinding on a night run

Really hope they'd allow custom light levels, both up and down.
