Forerunner 245 Series GPS Version 4.80 - Slower GPS Fix and Lower Accuracy

I got the new GPS Version 4.80 and it's worse than ever. I didn't have a problem with the old version, but this one takes much longer to get a lock and is wildly inaccurate during the first part of the run. Even when it settles down it's still worse.

Also it misses bits of you progress, so my regular run last night is 0.5km shorter than everything else has every recorded.

Can I have the old version back please?

Great, so within minutes of me posting about these issues, they remove the post about GPS Version 4.80. I'll take that as acknowledgement that GPS 4.80 is broken. Any ideas how to revert?

I get a much quicker fix and way better accuracy since the update a few days ago.
