Why has my data been lost on connect

I had my forerunner 245 last July. Garmin Connect was unresponsive on 13th January 2021, I reinstalled, but all my data has been lost. Can I retrieve it?

Apparently you logged in to a different accout with the new instalation of garmin connect.
