Connecting 245 - stryd - zwift

My new 245 is connected with my stryd. And zwift says its connected with stryd aswell. 245 is set to running on treadmill.

When starting zwift my avatar is not moving. My 245 is registering the run, including the power through stryd.

What am I doing wrong?

My old 230 was connected with stryd and zwift at the same time. Never had a problem with connecting...

You should unpair Stryd and phone/tablet. The fact that your Stryde is connected with your forerunner is working well. Start your activity by "virtual run" and connect with zwift.

My 245 is not connected with zwift (on a laptop). Previously (with230) I was connected with zwift trough stryd and heartrateband. Not through my 230 itself.

I'm not sure if laptop works same way as phone, but you should try. You can also sync your Garmin account with Zwift, so that Zwift transfers your activity to Garmin Connect.
