Hi! I am having an issue with my 245 where created workouts won't sync to the watch. In the devices section, the Connect app says "Sync Failed: FireTransferError." I have tried literally everything to fix this- I deleted my watch from my phone's bluetooth, I deleted it from the devices page of the Connect app, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and I deleted all activities off of the watch to create space for the workout. I also recently deleted workouts I no longer use from the watch, so it should have plenty of space.
This all started happening when I tried to sync my watch with Garmin Express with my Mac. It charges when I plug it into my Mac, so I know it's connected, but Garmin Express won't recognize my 245 and it also won't pop up as a drive on my Mac. So, the solution to sync it that way does not work.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue? I'm going crazy because I literally bought this watch because of this feature of creating your own workouts and having it time run segments for you and now I can't even do that.
