Good afternoon everyone .
I purchased a forerunner 245 for my wife this Xmas and for some reason after her 1st run today no map is recorded on garmin connect or strava .
the walk she did on Boxing Day was fine but for some reason her run is not showing but all the other stats are.
GPS was turned on and the watch went green and bleeped to confirm gps connection.
can anyone help Me fix this issue please ?
oh just so you know she has had previous Garmins with no issue and just selected run and press go so
no settings have been altered
