Pulse O2 Measurement Fails

My Garmin 245 Music Pulse O2 Measurement has not completed in over 2 weeks when i try to measure by selecting the blue circular progress bar gets to about half way and then stops - is this an issue with a software update?

I had the same problem but on the 2nd attempt it did work. Also make sure the strap is done up tight otherwise it's hit and miss wether it works
