VO2 Estimation/Trail Running/ Beach Running

I have read the online manual for the 245 but couldn't find what I wanted to know - Does this watch have a sport profile for off road running? Can I have profile for running on the soft sand or orienteering that doesn't wreck my VO2 figures? Or do I need to step up in the range to a 645 or higher to get what I need?

Appreciate any advice, thanks!
