Bluetooth stopped working and battery started to drain

Watches were in use for just several days then Bluetooth stopped working and battery started to drain (lasts only 1 day in watches mode).

I was at my local Garmin representative and they tried different versions of the software. What's interesting that after each software change watches were able to make a Bluetooth pairing again but only for the first time. Then everything have been starting all over again.

Could you please assist on it?
