I have a question about creating a workout with a pace target. let's say I set single step 2 mile run workout with a pace between 8:00-9:00 and I have an autolap turned on at each mile.
While I'm running the watch shows me my pace and if I'm running within the pace targets. After the first mile and I'm on my second lap, does the pace start over for the 2nd mile or does it continue to show the pace for the entire step?
I would like to make sure it shows me my pace for each lap so I can make sure each lap (1 mile) is within that pace vs the overall pace since if I ran the first mile at 8min pace and second at 10 minute pace I'm technically within my pace target.
Just wanted to know if it displays the overall pace for the step or pace for the lap within the step. If it shows the pace for overall for the step then I'd probably have to program mile repeats so I could monitor the pace for each mile
