i recently bought a Tickr X heart rate band. I can get the band to pair with my phone, but after about 10 seconds the signal drops, leaving - - in place of heart rate. I’ve replaced the Ticker X under warranty but still the same problem — pairing isn’t a problem but the signal quickly drops. Any ideas?
