Forerunner 245 ver 5.00. Unable to use new watch face(s) after downloading. it shows "IQ?"

I have downloaded couple of watch faces from IQ app but unable to use them as the watch displays "IQ?" on the watch screen

It happens sometimes on my watch too. Suddenly all watch faces disappear. Just restart watch.
