Forerunner 245 and HRM-Pro

Hello,

could you tell me please if it is possible to wear HRM-Pro without watches FR 245M and afterwards download heart rate to watches?

I tried to start activity "cardio" but in summarize of the day it counts the steps only not the HR.

The FR245 does not have a post-activity hr download feature.
