Time Options: military time for the Garmin 245?

I would think this is not watch specific and you just need to find a watch face in the connect iq store that supports this

thanks Stuart.  I looked at the choices in the connect IQ store and the closest option to the Garmin 945 military time option will not allow me to see if my phone is connected to the watch.  It has date and battery level but not the connected icon.

Garmin-Brooks This is another 'feature' mentioned in the manual but not existing on the watch, I can confirm that this is case on my watch as well, user of 245 Non-Music variant with firmware v5.50.

Try Simple TDB this had both those options

Military time is a synonym for 24 hour time in American English.

Nope. There's a difference between 24 hr time and military time even in the US.  Two completely different displays just as the OP pointed out in their 7am example. 

Yeah, it’s two different things but most people just use military time as a synonym for 24 hour time in the US is what I was saying.

Military time just omits the colon from 24h time anyways, might as well use that and select a watch face where you can drop the colon off.
