Maps of my runs have suddenly stopped uploading to my Forerunner 245 and onto the Garmin Connect App. Please Help.

Have had the device for about a month now and no issues with it. This evening went for a run and the map which usually accompanies it after syncing is no longer appearing. All other data such as distance, time, heart rate etc are still appearing as usual. Anyone know what I can do to get the maps back? I have checked my GPS settings and I currently have GPS + GLONASS on. Would appreciate assistance as my Strava profile doesn't make for very compelling viewing when my followers can't see where I've run. Thank you.

      • Mac
        • Open Finder
        • Go to Computer
        • Click on the Garmin Drive
    • Once in click on the Garmin Folder
    • In the Garmin Folder delete the RemoteSW folder.
    • Sync with Garmin Express
    • Place device outdoors with a clear view of the sky for approx. 30 minutes.
    • Start an outdoor GPS activity
