Best profile for bodyweight circuits?

I want to record the 20-45 min bodyweight circuits I do and was wondering which is the best profile to use. I usually do a follow along from youtube, format generally is 6-10 exercises per round, each 30-60 secs with no or little rest in between exercises and a minute between rounds. I assume the cardio profile is the obvious choice from the pre-set ones but has anyone had better tracking results from one of the others or is it best to create my own custom workout and upload that?

  • Have you tried the Strength Activity? Thats what i've been using for bodyweight exercises. the auto recognition rate for the exercise is not very good but you can update the rep count at the end of every set and update the exercise name in connect app after
