vibration for software updates while sleeping

My fr245 wakes me up by a vibration alert for software updates. My software updates are automatic and I don’t want any alert for a software update. But I can’t figure out how to stop those needless alerts for SW updates. Does anyone know how to cancel it?

No. Does wake up alarm work in DND mode?

but, DND mode shouldn’t be necessary, because my phone is always turned off while i sleep, so, watch does not have a connection with phone nor it has an internet connection.
