Stuck on diagnostic screen - Forced test mode, how to exist this screen

Hi Garmin,

I use Garmin FR245 Music, I tried to reboot it by press and hold Light+start/stop 15s. but still shown on the diagnostic screen as details like qrcode, SW ver, ESN, etc.

Every time I tried it and still got the same screen as test mode, so how it solve it? and exist out the test mode, now.

That is the correct process, a couple of questions for you.

Does the bottom left button stick at all?
Is this watch an APAC model? If not have you tried plugging the watch into a computer and syncing with Garmin Express?

I think yes, it's APAC model, seem the bottom left button can't press and It gets stuck, and try to sync with Garmin Express but still no change, the same screen also.
